Project Details
As the UI and UX designer, I handled the complete visual and interaction design. I structured the landing page architecture to guide visitors smoothly from the core value proposition ("Travel Light. We'll Handle the Rest.") down to specific service categories and social proof. I designed a comprehensive, multi-step shipment creation flow—from scheduling the pickup and adding package dimensions to the final secure payment screen. I also integrated dynamic interface elements, like real-time price summaries and a clear green progress bar, to reduce cognitive load during the booking phase.
One of the biggest challenges was taking a dense logistical process—selecting specific dates, inputting varied luggage sizes and weights, and calculating complex pricing—and making it feel entirely effortless for the user. Breaking the booking journey down into a digestible, four-step visual timeline was the key to solving this. Through this project, I learned a lot about designing for trust; specifically, how placing a functional price calculator upfront and designing a clean, organized payment gateway can significantly improve a user's confidence in a new service.
“Tej was great to work with. He really understands user experience, not just visuals. The final design felt clean and well thought out.”

Things I Did
I designed and implemented the website structure and layout using Framer’s visual canvas and CMS features. I customized components for blog entries and testimonial displays and built responsive sections tailored for performance across devices. I was also responsible for integrating animations that improved user engagement without compromising performance. The final product was delivered on time with a lightweight, future-ready architecture — ready to scale as the brand evolves.
